We collect: (a) information you provide (email, name, billing details via Stripe); (b) usage data (pages visited, features used); (c) technical data (IP address, browser type); and (d) data processed through our AI services as necessary to deliver the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

3. How We Use Data

We use your data to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; process payments; communicate with you; comply with legal obligations; and protect against fraud or abuse. AI Employee processing is performed in accordance with our data processing agreements and applicable law.

4. GDPR & CCPA Compliance

GDPR (EU/EEA): If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and to object. Our lawful bases include contract performance and legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We maintain data processing agreements with sub-processors.

CCPA (California): California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to opt out of sales (we do not sell data), and to non-discrimination. We will not discriminate for exercising these rights.

5. SOC 2 & Security Alignment

Our security practices are designed in alignment with SOC 2 and industry standards. We implement technical and organizational measures including encryption, access controls, and regular assessments. While we are not yet SOC 2 certified, we are building toward certification and welcome enterprise inquiries.

6. Data Retention & Security

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption and access controls.

7. Third Parties

We share data with service providers such as Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), and AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) only as necessary to operate the Service. These providers are bound by appropriate data processing agreements.
